Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, except where a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right applies.

For customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

The 14-day period includes weekends and public holidays. If the final day falls on a day on which the applicable withdrawal period cannot legally expire, the period will be extended in accordance with applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

How to Request a Return

Customers who have an eligible return or withdrawal request can initiate the request through their customer account:

Customers who placed an order using only a telephone number and therefore do not have access to the customer account return function can initiate their return using the return link provided in their SMS order confirmation.

Please provide your order number and any information reasonably required to identify the order.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return has been completed.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery for the original order.

Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded, where permitted by applicable law.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

However, where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you or required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a statutory withdrawal.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you, in accordance with applicable law.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

The 30-day reporting period does not limit or replace any mandatory statutory rights that may apply to defective or non-conforming goods.

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Where permitted by applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods or circumstances, including:

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
Goods that are made to order where the applicable law provides an exception to the right of withdrawal;
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items;
Goods whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets that we cannot control;
Digital content supplied without a physical medium where performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost, where applicable;
Gift cards, where applicable law permits exclusion.

A change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference does not remove any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

After this period, an order may already have entered production and may no longer be cancellable.

This does not affect any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
