Return & Refund Policy

Returns

As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at elias.borer@ebmnet.ch.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Color or design preference
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• The product arrives damaged.
• The product contains a manufacturing defect.
• You receive the wrong item.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, any refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
