Order Processing
All products are made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before they are shipped. During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Switzerland: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
- United States: 3–8 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times include production and shipping and may vary depending on the product, production location, destination, shipping method, order volume, and other circumstances.
During peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the products ordered.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number (where available).

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days at:
