These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all purchases made through 4JC.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products

All products are made to order using print-on-demand production.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours and print placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and the manufacturing process.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase.

An order becomes binding once payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or product availability issues.

5. Prices

All prices displayed in the store are shown in the selected currency.

Shipping costs, taxes and duties are calculated during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your payment card information.

7. Production and Shipping

As every item is produced individually after purchase, production begins shortly after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are manufactured specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• change of mind

• incorrect size selected by the customer

• colour preference

• design preference

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include photographs showing the problem.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions and other materials remain the property of 4JC unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4JC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.

The competent courts at the registered place of business of 4JC shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
